The accommodation comprises:-

Small entrance hall

Lounge, comfortably furnished with open fireplace and colour television, DVD player, video and music system with CD player.

Kitchen, well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and automatic washing machine.

Dining area in kitchen with window overlooking garden and hills beyond.

Glazed back porch off kitchen, leading to patio with table and benches, and a raised lawn. The garden is a real suntrap!

Bathroom on first floor with shower over bath, washbasin and toilet.

Three bedrooms, each with duvets, pillows and spare blankets if required:-

Master bedroom on first floor with double divan

Other bedroom on first floor with two single beds

Ground floor bedroom with one single bed

Cot available

There is a selection of local maps, leaflets, books, games and puzzles for your use.

Ystwyth House is equipped for 5 persons with beds for 5 and a cot. It is not available for occupation by more than 5 persons.

Domestic hot water provided by electric immersion heater.

Heating by electric night storage heaters, electric convector heaters and open fire in the lounge.

(There is a stock of coal and logs -please replace any used!)

Electricity is included in the rent.

Parking: on road opposite Ystwyth House or in car park 150 yards down the road.

Ystwyth House is fully furnished with bed linen, towels and tea towels. (Please bring your own swimming/beach towels)
